Gasket Types We Manufacture & Supply
Ring Joint Gaskets
Available in R, RX and BX styles, in oval and octagonal profiles, manufactured to specific tolerances on CNC machines. Ring Joint Gaskets are widely used in production and refining pipelines in the oil and gas industry, fully comply with ASME B16.20 and API Spec 6A, and are suitable for high-pressure, high-temperature applications in a variety of standard and special materials.
Spiral Wound Metallic Gaskets
Manufactured from high quality raw materials in varied hardness and physical parameters per client requirement. The metal winding provides the gasket's strength while the non-metallic filler provides the sealing component, helping avoid leakage from pipes operating at high temperature. We also manufacture these gaskets with inner and outer rings and partition ribs for tube vessels and heat exchangers.
Metal Jacketed Gaskets
Particularly suitable for sealing the flat surfaces of heat exchangers, gas pipes, cast iron flanges and autoclaves, used for sealing heat exchangers, valve covers, autoclaves and manholes. These gaskets resist a wide range of temperatures and mechanical loads, and are also available as frames, oval or other custom shapes and constructions.
Non-Asbestos Gaskets
Manufactured from Compressed Non-Asbestos Jointing Sheets (CNAF, also known as NACF), made with glass and aramid fibres and an NBR rubber binder. Available in varied hardness and physical parameters per client requirement, in various shapes and sizes, and extensively used for fixing leakage problems in engines and hydraulic systems.
PTFE Gaskets
Our PTFE Gasket range includes PTFE Envelope Gaskets and PTFE Sheet Gaskets, widely used across fine chemicals, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals and food industries, manufactured to different dimensions and sizes at our production facility.
Rubber Gaskets
Precision-machined low carbon steel gaskets encapsulated in a nitrile rubber casing, serving three main functions: pressure testing with minimal damage to flanges, additional sealing at rubber contact points, and protection of the flange facets. Available in varied hardness and physical parameters per client requirement, widely used across various industries.
Solid Metal Gaskets
Used in applications where temperature and pressure rule out traditional gasket materials, offering exceptional mechanical strength, heat conductivity and resistance to high pressure, high temperature and chemical attack. The gasket metal is selected softer than the metal of the mating surfaces, and is available in varied hardness and physical parameters per client requirement.
Graphite Gaskets
Used in the most extreme service conditions, self-lubricated and non-stick to flanges, available in endless rings, rings with a single oblique cut, and split rings with oblique cuts. Designed to provide desired compression with high percentage recovery and low creep relaxation, used for sealing valves, pumps and expansion joints.
Precision Gaskets
Manufactured to close tolerance and available in varied hardness and physical parameters per client requirement, widely applicable across industrial processes. We offer cutting services to client specification, working with customers to ensure the most economical parts to a consistently high quality standard.
Heat Exchanger Gaskets
Suited to applications requiring improved performance at low seating stresses, with type selection depending on the operating conditions of the exchanger. Metallic gasket options include Double and Single Jacket, Solid Metal or Spiral Wound constructions, used where extreme temperatures and thermal-expansion movement exist.

Frequently Asked Questions About Gaskets
Who is a reliable gasket manufacturer in India?
Amardeep Steel Centre LLP is a Mumbai-based gasket manufacturer, stockist and exporter supplying Ring Joint, Spiral Wound, Metal Jacketed, PTFE, Rubber, Non-Asbestos, Solid Metal, Graphite and Precision gaskets to over 60 countries.
What is the difference between a Ring Joint Gasket and a Spiral Wound Gasket?
A Ring Joint Gasket (RTJ) is a solid metal ring, in oval or octagonal profile, seated in a matching machined groove on the flange face, used for the highest pressure and temperature service per ASME B16.20 and API 6A. A Spiral Wound Gasket is a metal strip and filler material wound together into a semi-metallic construction, used across a broad range of ASME B16.5 raised-face and RTJ flanges for general to high-pressure process service.
What standards do your gaskets conform to?
Our gaskets are manufactured and supplied to ASME B16.20 (metallic and semi-metallic gaskets) and ASME B16.21 (non-metallic flat gaskets), with EN 10204 3.1/3.2 material certification and IBR test certification available on request.
What gasket sizes do you supply?
We supply gaskets from 1/2" NB up to 24" NB as standard, with custom sizes and thicknesses beyond that range available on request, cut to your exact flange drawing.
Which gasket type should I use for high-temperature or high-pressure service?
Ring Joint Gaskets and Spiral Wound Metallic Gaskets are generally preferred for high-pressure and high-temperature service; solid metal and graphite gaskets are used where temperatures and pressures rule out conventional gasket materials entirely.
Do you export gaskets internationally?
Yes, we are an established gasket exporter shipping regularly to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, the UK, USA, Canada, Germany, Australia and more.
